Contract Administrator
As a Contract Administrator you will be part of a dynamic and fast paced team providing a central point of contact for clients, engineers and sub-contractors based in Enfield.
You will liaise with client, engineers and subcontractors to ensure works are booked in and completed on time.
This is a great opportunity for those looking to join an existing team of experienced administrators within a growing building services maintenance provider!
You will be working on a temporary basis for approximately 1-3 months before going permanent.
Working Hours: M-F, 8-5
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring all client instructions are logged
- Dealing with incoming calls and emails
- Management of WIP
- Management of accounts payable workflows and financial housekeeping activities
- Using the on site CAFM system
- Allocation of jobs to engineers and sub-contractors
- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly, remaining courteous and professional at all times
