Contract Desktop Support Analyst

Role: Contract Desktop Support Engineer
Rates: £180-225/day
Location: Manchester City Centre
Scope: Outside IR35
Duration: 6 Weeks
The Role:
Lorien Global are working in partnership with a multinational organisation in Manchester City Centre. With an ever-growing workload and a massive need for support at present we are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer who is immediately available to support them through a busy project timeline.
Your role is to successfully support the business operations and ensure a streamlined delivery. Taking ownership of any technical faults that come through the support queue.
The Skill Requirements:
We're looking for candidates who have a blend of the following skills:

• Management of Windows Server (Active Directory, Exchange, etc.)
• Understanding of typical hardware faults (Printers, Laptops, Desktops etc.)
• Knowledge of ideally supporting both but one is OK (Windows OS & iOS)
• Good understanding of SCCM and Laptop builds
• Understanding of Office 365 including SharePoint and InTune
