Influence Senior Account Manager
£275 per day, outside IR35

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Freelance Influencer Account Manager to join our dynamic team and work with our media owner client. In this role, you will be responsible for managing influencer campaigns on behalf of our client, ensuring the successful execution and delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in influencer marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of building successful partnerships with influencers. This freelance position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a leading social media agency and contribute to innovative campaigns for a prominent media owner client.
The Role
- Influencer Strategy and Management:
- Develop influencer marketing strategies aligned with the objectives and target audience of the media owner client.
- Identify and recruit relevant influencers who can effectively promote the client's products or services to their followers.
- Manage influencer relationships, including communication, negotiation, and contract agreements.
- Campaign Execution:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring adherence to timelines and campaign objectives.
- Coordinate with influencers to create engaging content that resonates with the client's brand and messaging.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Client Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the media owner client to understand their goals, preferences, and target audience.
- Present campaign proposals, progress updates, and performance reports to the client, addressing any feedback or revisions.
- Content Strategy and Creation:
- Work with influencers to develop creative content ideas and concepts that align with the client's brand identity and messaging.
- Provide guidance and direction to influencers to ensure content meets quality standards and campaign objectives.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyse key metrics to evaluate the success of influencer campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports for the media owner client, highlighting campaign results and ROI.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in influencer marketing and account management, preferably within a social media agency or similar environment.
- Strong network of influencers across various social media platforms, particularly relevant to the client's target audience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and clients.
- Proficiency in campaign management tools and social media analytics platforms.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative influencer strategies and content concepts.
