Contract Manager (Security)
£35,000 to £37,000 per annum plus car or car allowance
Remote role covering contracts in the London area
Reporting into the Solutions Director, the role of Contract Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the execution and fulfilment of an exciting and innovative contract. The Contract Manager will ensure that all operational security such as CCTV, mobile response, K9 cover and alarm response operate effectively whilst offering advice on any other suitable solutions. This role requires a combination of strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to manage security across multiple sites, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
As Contract Manager you'll be:
- Leading on all site security issues, incidents, and emergencies.
- Liaising with our customer, building effective working relationships with management, staff, contractors, site tenants and their representatives, to ensure smooth running of the contract.
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of contracted services.
- Working with relevant teams to develop and implement solutions to mitigate risks and improve performance.
- Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
As Contract Manager you'll have:
- Experience of problem-solving, dealing with a variety of situations and be very customer service focused.
- Evidence of strong organizational and time management skills.
- A can do approach and attitude to all tasks.
- Possession of a SIA Frontline licence is essential.
- Possession of a SIA CCTV licence is desirable.
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
This role will require vetting checks which will include a credit check, 5-year address and employment history.
