We Build Recruitment are on the lookout for a Contracts manager that can comfortably commute in and around Oxford for site visits and to work from home otherwise.
Job Role:
- Projects will range in size from painting a singular house all the way through to a full housing estate as well as offices and other commercial sites
- Clients vary greatly and can range from a singular private client to a tier 1 contractor and business of every size between.
- Involvement in pre-contract commercial responsibilities as well as operations.
- Involvement in planning, procurement and production stages.
- Liaising with clients to prepare, plan and execute required contracts to commence project.
- Review and monitor on-site progress enabling delivery of contract that meets scheduling and budget requirements
- To make recommendations and implement any changes to ensure improvements are made.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous Experience as a Contracts Manager
- Come from a painting and decorating background
- Ability to multitask given you’ll have the responsibility of multiple sites.
- Good communication so you’re able to articulate your ideas to multiple different stakeholders
- Comfortable with tendering and negotiating packages of work/contracts
The salary being offered for this Contract Manager position s in alignment with your level of experience and but will generally be in the ballpark of £60,000.
