Salary: Up to 27,000
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days at home)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting the operations of a leading engineering company? Currently seeking a Contract Support/Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid position, offering a balance of office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Handle the administrative aspects of contracts, including document preparation, tracking, and ensuring compliance.
- Office Coordination: Assist in the coordination of office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Communication: Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth project flow.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, entering data into relevant systems, and ensuring the integrity of information.
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative or Contract Support roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Working Arrangement:
This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to work from our Bristol office for two days a week and the remaining three days from the comfort of your home. This flexibility is designed to enhance work-life balance while ensuring optimal productivity.
