Our client is looking for a Contract Support to join a site located in Watford. They require someone with CAFM experience.
Duties:
Provide support, monitor performance, and coordinate a small team of multi-skilled operatives.
Develop close working relationships with key client stakeholders, partners, landlords, managing agents, and all facilities vendors.
Assist in managing all on-site contractors to ensure they meet required standards, including inspecting vendors' work.
Aid in procuring vendors and services as needed.
Support financial processes to ensure timely and accurate completion of all financial management requirements.
Ensure prompt and accurate management of purchase orders in the internal financial management platform.
Assist with monthly accrual reports and monitor finance trackers.
Conduct site inspections, assessments, regular audits, and perform safety procedures, building procedures, ad-hoc duties, and performance measures.
Assist in implementing the property risk management program and industry best practice operations.
Maintain premises in neat and good working condition at all times.
Keep duplicate office keys in good order.
Support the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting processes.
Provide support for regular management reports and projects as needed.
Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
Requirements:
Experienced working as a Contract Support for a building services company
Working on CAFM systems
Highly organized
Excellent IT Skills
