We are recruiting for a Contract Support Officer to join our Team based in Norwich.
The Role
Within this position you will join the Operation Team with a focus on providing site support to all Static Guarding, Mobile and Event contracts. You will be required to operate in all areas of the business dealing with cover for annual leave, sickness and for ad hoc Event deployments as required.
Our Ideal Candidates:
We are looking for candidates who will provide a professional, courteous service as well as:
- SIA or Security Guard License as well as first aid training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous examples of working as a security officer/guard.
- A keen eye for detail and an ability to problem solve.
The successful must be comfortable carrying the responsibility for maintaining the day-to-night requirements of very high-profile sites and delivering excellent customer service.
