The Job Role:
As one of our Customer Service Advisors, you will play a vital role in delivering a first-class customer experience to our extensive client base and act as a key point of contact for expertise internally. You will be joining a friendly and engaging department. Everyday you will work to build your Customer Service skills and have a better understanding of our mission here at Vesey. You will be undergoing the following tasks:
➢ Process website orders with suppliers, actively seeking alternatives whereby items are unavailable.
➢ Liaise with the Customer Service Advisor team to resolve any stock issues.
➢ Organise workload to meet the team and customers’ demands.
➢ Inputting data and utilising systems to place orders with suppliers such as Nike, adidas, Stanno, Puma, Joma and Mitre.
Education and Experience:
**Please note your application will only be considered if you have achieved the below**.
➢ Achieved GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths or equivalent.
➢ Previous experience in an administration role would be ideal but not essential.
Key Competencies:
➢ Good sense of personal initiative; the ability to follow given procedures and guidelines in line with personal problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
➢ Computer literate, including typing skills.
➢ Grammatically correct both in the verbal and written form.
➢ Keen interest in sport is beneficial.
➢ Can-do attitude with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
➢ Ability to work independently.
➢ MUST LIVE WITHIN 5 MILES OF B24 9QR.
