Role:
- Utilise professional call handling skills to provide a high-quality service to customers
- Respond to emails and online enquiries promptly, professionally and in compliance with company standards
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge to effectively address customer enquiries
- Identify trends and gaps within the department, providing feedback for continuous improvement
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met
- Ensure all customer demands are accurately and completely recorded on the company CRM system
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and enthusiastic
- Highly organised
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
