Hawkfield Recruitment are working with a well-established dealer group in the Dudley area who are looking to recruit a Senior Service Advisor.
We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor/Senior Service Advisor to join their high-performing team. This is a fast-paced role and a nice busy aftersales department; applicants must have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and be able to work well under pressure. The successful candidate will have previous experience within the Aftersales department in a similar role.
Responsibilities of Senior Service Advisor:
- To provide the highest levels of customer service, projecting the quality image of the brand and the Company.
- Exceed all customer expectations and requirements throughout the process.
- Schedule work for customer vehicles, providing accurate estimates for servicing and repairs.
- Upselling on additional services and products where possible, advising on genuine parts and accessories.

- Full UK Driving Licence
- A minimum of 12 months experience within a similar role
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment with a friendly team
- Have excellent communication skills and confidence when speaking with customers
What We Can Offer You:
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:00am-12:30pm
Salary: £25,000 basic, with a realistic OTE of £30,000
