Responsibilities:
- Drive positive customer relations by acting as the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers
- Handle all incoming phone and email enquiries, responding in an efficient and professional manner
- Provide swift resolutions to customer complaints
- Regularly liaise with customers regarding their orders and deliveries
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure the information you're providing to customers is accurate and relevant
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience gained in a customer-facing Customer Service role
- Proven track record of using your initiative to successfully respond to enquires and complaints
- An exceptional communicator, over the phone and via email
- Understands the importance of meeting deadlines and prioritising ever-changing workloads
- Good Microsoft Office experience, confident using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Salesforce would be beneficial but is not essential
