Salary: £35,000.00
Summary:
This role is for a 12 month FTC to cover Maternity leave. You will be responsible for supporting regional and national account customers for this specialist asset and fleet rental company ensuring excellent levels of customer satisfaction are delivered for account profitability and contract retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day to day account activity
- Ensure that customer contract terms/SLAs are being maintained by both parties.
- Conduct daily VOR reviews.
- Develop relationships for contract retention.
- Facilitate and foster positive service delivery.
- Ensure that accounts stay within agreed payment terms.
- Provide effective contract administration through review meetings and reporting.
- Manage any payment of recharges and credit note queries.
- Develop strong relationships with customers.
Experience:
- Excellent levels of customer service experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to develop excellent inter-company relationships.
- Competent in the resolution of issues
- Good operating knowledge of MS office especially Excel skills V look up, pivot tables, formulas, filters and sum calculations.
- Previous fleet or asset management experience preferred.
