The main responsibility of the
Contractor Compliance Administrator is to manage daily operational tasks (contractor queries, data entry, candidate screening etc.) for
rhi Talent UK Limited
Work closely with stakeholders (Recruitment, P&O, Payroll, Time Writing, Finance) to ensure requests are processed in a timely manner
Responsible for collating, verifying and filing screening documentation via email and telephone
Issuing Contracts etc to contractors / agency workers
Updating contractor / agency worker records in various systems
Responsible for supporting internal audits
Assisting with administrative tasks for adhoc projects
- Ensuring compliance with relevant Data Privacy and Protection regulations and policies
Qualifications:
Secondary school education or equivalent is preferred
Knowledge, skills and experience:
- Strong skills in Excel and Word
- Knowledge of HRIS tools preferred
- Previous experience in data entry and maintaining data integrity with confidential information
Previous experience in Oil & Gas Environment desirable
