Job description

The main responsibility of the Contractor Compliance Administrator is to manage daily operational tasks (contractor queries, data entry, candidate screening etc.) for rhi Talent UK Limited

  • Work closely with stakeholders (Recruitment, P&O, Payroll, Time Writing, Finance) to ensure requests are processed in a timely manner

  • Responsible for collating, verifying and filing screening documentation via email and telephone

  • Issuing Contracts etc to contractors / agency workers

  • Updating contractor / agency worker records in various systems

  • Responsible for supporting internal audits

  • Assisting with administrative tasks for adhoc projects

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant Data Privacy and Protection regulations and policies

Qualifications:

Secondary school education or equivalent is preferred

Knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Strong skills in Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of HRIS tools preferred
  • Previous experience in data entry and maintaining data integrity with confidential information
  • Previous experience in Oil & Gas Environment desirable
