CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR 

MONDAY - THURSDAY: 07.30 -16.30

FRIDAY: 07.30 - 16.00

£28,000 PER ANNUM DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

People Solutions are looking for a Contracts Administrator for our Client based in Bristol.

Benefits

Day to Day Duties

• Collating and setting up new orders
• Setting up survey packs for site measures and calculating approximate material quantities
• Coordinating surveys requested and returned to manage work flow for the commercial team
• Collating site measures and from these producing job packs detailing areas to be installed and material schedules for ordering (by others)
• Filing/Administration
• Daily checks of the commercial team voice message system, and delivering messages when and where necessary
• Provide holiday cover for the Commercial Department when required
• Any additional tasks as requested by Commercial Director.

Essential Skills

• Strong attention to detail skills and an ability to maintain them whilst working under pressure
• Excellent organisational skills
• A sound, commercial approach to problems and solving them
• Proficient in IT (especially Excel, preferably Callidus)

Desirable Experience

• Team Player
• Professional & Good Communicator
• Full UK Driving Licence would be beneficial

• Proven track record within contract and domestic flooring
