CONTRACT SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR, BEDMINSTER
I’m currently recruiting for a Contract Support Administrator for a property management company in Bedminster, on a part-time/full-time ongoing temporary basis, to start as soon as possible.
Hours: 8am-2pm (with reasonable flexibility)
Pay rate: £13
This role is entirely office-based.
Main responsibilities:
- Consistently providing clients with appropriate support
- Answering calls/emails in a timely and professional fashion
- Receiving and processing calls/jobs utilising helpdesk software to ensure works are attended to and completed
- Allocation of internal engineers, liaising with engineers and tracking progress
- Promote and maintain effective communication and positive behaviours within the team
Requirements:
- Previous administrative and customer-facing experience
