As the Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating customer contracts.
- Dealing with enquiries from new and existing customers.
- Checking all data on new maintenance orders.
- Contacting clients to obtain missing information.
- Retention and re-negotiation of contracts.
- Processing the set up or new orders.
About you:
- Experience of working with client contracts.
- Excellent administration and organisation skills.
- Hands on experience of working with CRM software and MS Office.
- Able to work to strict deadlines.
