Temp to perm opportunity
A Contract Administrator is required to undertake administrative duties and to support purchase ledger management, including reconciliation of supplier statements and management of invoice queries with suppliers. This role has a temp to perm opportunity.
Key responsibilities:
- Generate and check weekly and monthly tonnage reports.
- Support purchase ledger management, ensuring internal controls are adhered to, including reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Management of invoice queries with suppliers.
- Support the generation of the monthly Client invoice, sales invoices and recycling centre subcontractor payments.
- Provide administrative cover for the Contract Head Office as and when appropriate including reception and administrative duties.

Experience:
- Previous experience gained in an administrative role.
- Previous experience gained handling large amounts of data.
- Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
Skills & Abilities:
- Effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal due to speaking with colleagues, customers and suppliers daily.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
