What you ll do
The role of the Contracts Administrator, part of the Legal Support team, plays a crucial role in supporting the group s legal functions by undertaking various administrative responsibilities. Reporting to the Legal Contracts Manager and maintaining a dotted line to the Chief of Staff, the Contracts Administrator will collaborate with different teams and external entities to ensure efficient contract management and compliance. The key duties and responsibilities of the Contracts Administrator include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining a comprehensive database of current and concluded contracts for care and support services.
- Producing reports requested by internal stakeholders, including senior management, bids and operations teams.
- Ensuring ordered and complete records of active contracts in adherence to good governance and information management practices.

What you need
We are seeking a Contracts Administrator with a proven track record in administrative roles, ideally within a legal setting, be it in-house or private practice. The successful candidate must possess excellent literacy and IT skills, showcasing meticulous attention to detail. Strong interpersonal abilities, self-management, and motivation are crucial for effective collaboration within the team and engagement with various stakeholders. Proficiency in written language and a command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word and Excel, are essential for managing contracts, data, and reports efficiently. These qualifications and skills are integral to excelling in the dynamic responsibilities of the role.
