7:30AM - 4:15PM Monday to Thursday (30 minutes lunch break)
7:30AM - 12PM Friday= 37.5 hours per week100% office based.
Salary: £22k - £26k DOE
Location:Sutton in Ashfield - NG17
Are you experienced with working in a fast-paced busy office environment? Have you got the ability to think fast and make decisions under pressure? If so then this may be the role for you.
This is a role where no 2 days are the same, reporting to the contracts manager and part of a team of 10 you will be coordinating and liaising with busy experienced engineers in the building maintenance trades division.
With the role being of a fast-paced nature we are looking for you to be tenacious and resilient, this is a role that requires a thick-skinned attitude.
What will you be doing?
- Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing with customers, suppliers, and co- workers in a professional manner.
- Operate various software packages including MS Office, time and attendance andvehicle tracking.
- Schedule work in with clients and maintain the work programme whilecommunicating with site labour.
- Amend and issue job reports to customers.
