Contracts Administrator

Our client are a market leading fleet management company, they are seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities Contracts Administrator
- Responsibility for the administration of standard form customer and supplier contracts from initial draft to signing and implementation.
- Reviewing any proposed contract amendments and engaging appropriate support (i.e. Legal, Finance, Sales, Procurement)
- Checking all necessary processes and approvals have been followed, such as credit checks and liaising with the US contracts team where necessary.
- Managing, updating and maintaining a database of UK contracts, including creating contract reports where required by Finance, Client Relations, Procurement and other teams
- Assisting with scoping potential new automated contract lifecycle management system
Qualifications & Experience Contracts Administrator
- 2-4 years experience in administrative services (preferably being familiar with contracts and administration processes such as signing and storage)
- Reviewing and improving processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security
- A Levels or equivalent qualification preferred
- Additional education, certifications, or experience are a plus
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
- Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
