Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain contracts for client accounts
- Review and analyse contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Checking all invoices are correct and loaded onto xero correctly
- Coordinate with clients to negotiate terms and resolve any disputes or issues that may
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation
- Be a point of contact for client queries and invoice discrepancies
- Work with account management team to analyse and resolve variance with contracts and invoicing
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or a related field, or experience in similar field of work
- Proven experience in administration or commercial organisation
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Familiarity contracts (desirable not essential)
