Vivid are working with a local authority in the Midlands who are looking to bring a Contracts and Procurement Lawyer into their team on an interim basis.
You will be given the opportunity to work remotely, on a 6 month contract with a strong likelihood of extension.
Key responsibilities of the Contracts Lawyer:
Manage a caseload of Commercial Contracts including:- Waste Contracts
- Construction Contracts
- Services Agreements
- Funding Agreements
- Subsidy Control
- Provide procurement advice
