Contracts and Sales Manufacturing Manager, a permanent career opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record working in manufacturing and machining. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday offered with an annual salary of up to £55,000 and a range of attractive employee benefits, including £100 per month travel to work scheme, health, and life cover. You will have a robust understanding of a Tooling/CNC environment and knowledge of CNC components for a minimum of 5 years.

Working for a UK provider of manufacturing solutions to the aerospace and defence sector, this role involves working on contract pricing, sales proposals, client quotations, liaison with HMRC, import/export licensing, and expediting purchase orders. Naturally, there is a need to work closely with key customers, arrange sales meetings for the wider sales team, prepare and present sales presentations, working alongside the technical design team, finance and quality, and the key stakeholders.

As Contracts and Sales Manufacturing Manager, you will report to the MD and FD, working collaboratively to produce innovative business development solutions to increase the business and encourage growth. There is a need to manage the internal sales database and CRM systems, providing written correspondence regarding technical products, and delivery schedules.

You will have strong management skills combined with a technical sales background, excellent organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and the ability to meet KPIs and Sales targets.
