Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Lawyer to join a lovely, well-respected and friendly local authority team.
This is a locum position, the successful Contracts Lawyer would be able to work on a full or part time basis and on an 100% remote working basis. The role will likely be for at least a 6 month period.
The Contracts Lawyer will have a good understanding of commercial and contact law, advising on various areas;
- Commercial contracts
* public procurement
* construction
* information technology
* intellectual property
* public law aspects of commercial work/commercial decision making
* grants and state aid
This Contracts Lawyer role is great opportunity for someone wanting to join a team offering a variety of work. The Contracts Lawyer will need to have experience of dealing with public procurement from either a public or private sector background.
