We are seeking a seasoned Contracts Manager to join our team of construction professionals, delivering exceptional projects within the later living sector across the Midlands, Home Counties, Gloucestershire, East Anglia and Surrey.
You will have responsibility for the delivery of 2-3 projects, and with the support of the team, ensure they are completed to programme, safely, with zero defects and within budget. The successful candidate will be client facing and have extensive knowledge of care home delivery.
As an experienced Contracts Manager, you will bring your demonstrable wealth of experience of delivering high quality care homes to this role. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence to travel to sites regularly and live within 2½ hour radius of our Corby Head Office.
