Job Description:
- Manage and oversee multiple contracts from inception to completion
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Coordinate and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, and construction workers
- Implement effective project management processes and procedures
- Monitor and control project budgets and schedules
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the design and build sector
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong leadership and team management skills
