Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Contracts Manager on a Permanent basis at our Westminster Bridge Road office.
A bit about the role:
As a Contracts Manager, you will lead and manage the delivery of electrical and building safety works within our homes and communities.
You will manage contractors in the delivery of safety and compliance, ensuring customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything that you do. This will include but not limited to electrical inspection & testing, communal electric metering replacements and planned electrical lateral / lighting upgrades.
Some of the key results for the role include:
To monitor and ensure the delivery of planned building safety works including contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
Analyse and Interpret data to ensure successful delivery of programmes.
Ensure VFM and programme completions are met to budget.
Liaise with our customers and ensure the safety of their homes and our communities.
This role will require a UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
A minimum of 1 to 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road or Ealing Gateway office is required
