We are currently recruiting a Contracts Manager to join the company and manage groundworks and civils contracts in Hampshire, Surrey and the South Coast.

Contracts Manager Responsibilities:
• Reporting and working alongside the Managing Director.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
• Keeping site diaries
• Writing RAMS
• Producing programmes.
• Managing subcontractors
• Providing progress reports
• Managing procurement and sourcing of labour.
• Managing sub contractors.
Contracts Manager Requirements:
• CSCS
• SMSTS
• Experienced writing programmes.
• Experienced within groundworks and civils contracts for specialist contractors.
• Experienced in a senior management position
