Reed are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join our highly reputable company based in Grantham.
As our Contract Manager you will be overseeing the contracts team to meet standards and ensure issues are dealt with in a timely manner.

Your responsibilities:
• Assist the Head of Contracts and Commercial in Managing a catalogue of Contracts.
• The management and maintenance of contract data.
• To provide reports, and budget management services, Internal and external
• Lead companies in maintaining compliance with quality standards set by commissioners / local authorities
• Collate information on behalf of our companies for CQC submissions
• Manage the updating and maintaining all databases and finance systems
• Negotiation with Local Authority for inflation and current contracts.
• Reconciliation of local authority payments against delivery of hours and managing budget process
• Ensuring all operational contracts are viable, in line with GDPR, extensions and are correct and up to date.
• Work with Tender Department on new Tenders, ensuring information is accurate and risks are highlighted.
• Prepare and issue Individual Agreements and Contract notices to customers and commissioners
• Provide support and training to the relevant employees regarding commercial information and contracts. Making sure that all staff are engaged and understand the implications to the business if the process is not followed
What do you need to become our Contracts Manager?
• Have worked in a similar role, AAT would be highly desirable
• Contracts knowledge and experience is essential
• Experience in leading and managing a team
• A good level of English and Math
• Computer literate; able to use Microsoft package and comfortable with databases
