Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the contracts team, ensuring the efficient management of all contract-related activities and compliance with relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a team of contract specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Oversee the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of contracts, including service agreements, confidentiality agreements, and supplier contracts.
• Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal standards.
• Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation through execution and renewal, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate contract risks.
• Maintain organized and comprehensive contract records and documentation.
• Develop and deliver training programs on contract management best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in contract management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
