Monday to Friday, Full Time
8 hrs per day, Flexible between 07.00 hrs & 22.00 hrs
20 Days Annual Leave + 8 Bank Holidays
Experience required
Mobile Cleaning Supervisor required for the Reading & Berkshire region to ensure the sites are supervised efficiently and effectively, and that specified cleaning standards are met and maintained by the cleaning team.
Duties:
- Inducting and training new cleaning staff
- Undertaking own cleaning duties
- Client liaison for service delivery of multiple sites
- Delivering Periodic Cleans
- Providing Annual Leave & Absence cover for staff
- Follow established safety guidelines and adhere to company policies and regulations
- Undertake any other reasonable duties/requests by the Account Manager/Client or Company
Requirements:
- Hard working, reliable and trustworthy
- Use own initiative
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of all duties
- Good communication skills
- Experience essential for using cleaning machinery, scrubber Drier, Carpet Cleaner & Rotary Machine
The role will involve evening working on a regular basis
Company Van, equipment and smart phone supplied
