Form of workThe Control Engineerwill:
- Develop control software, typically in a MATLAB/Simulink environment.
- Perform robust validation that software achieves key performance and safety goals through HIL testing.
- Gather and document software requirements.
- Deploy, test & calibrate software on rig and/or vehicle.
The Control Engineerwill have:
- A relevant degree level qualification.
- Experience of MATLAB/Simulink.
- Strong grounding in engineering mathematics.
- A good technical understanding of major systems on a high-performance EV.
- Ability to capture requirements and deliver significant system components independently.
