Control Room Operator x 3.5
Salary: £30,178 - £32,620 (+ 10% Shift Allowance)
Hours: 37 hours per week x 3 (full time)
18.5 hours per week x 1 (part time)
Rotational basis, Monday through to Sunday, with a requirement to work weekends and bank holidays – shift pattern 5.30am – 2pm, 1.30pm – 10pm, 9.30pm – 6am
Location: Office based – Stowlawn, Wolverhampton.

Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for four individuals to join us in the role of Control Room Operator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be competent in the use of the various platforms within the Control Room to include but not restricted to CCTV, Door Entry. Telecare, Out of Hours calls
- Play a key role in supporting teams to ensure customers live in a clean, safe, and secure environment.
- Escalating incidents across the city to internal teams and emergency services and supporting them with statements and evidence
- Provide an efficient and professional response to inbound calls coming through on our city-wide Out of Hours system and from customers using their Telecare personal alarm system.
