Shift Pattern:
- 6 on 3 off Night shifts
- 1800-0700

Duties:
- Telephone Answering
- CCTV Monitoring
- Deployment of Alarm Response Officers
- Monitoring of Lone Worker Check Call System
- General Administration Duties
- Covering sickness and holiday on sites
Essential skills:
- An excellent level of IT literacy with an ability to quickly learn in-house systems
- Driving licence with no more than 6 points
- Ability to effectively prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), must be confident on the telephones and be able to communicate at all levels with a good understanding of the English language
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- People person with a proactive and positive attitude
- Effective problem solving & organisational skills
- An excellent attention to detail
