Security Control Room Operator

Pay Rate £13.75ph

• Are you someone who is organised, efficient, and experienced in working in a busy Control Room environment but has a physical security experience?
• Do you want to work within a likeminded team to maintain and monitor CCTV, intruder, and fire alarm panels?
• Are you someone who has their own transport?
• Are you looking to work nights on a 4-on 4-off shift pattern?

If you answer yes to the above, we are looking for someone to join our team in Mitie Business Services on a high profile globally recognised client location just inside in the M25 near Bromley?

Your key responsibilities will include assisting with daily operational requirements – ensuring compliance and accurate recording of incidents to outline identified risks. As part of your role, you will be required to escalate incidents, report Health and Safety concerns, and respond to emergency situations also producing accurate reports to ensure alarms are efficiently responded to, as well as general physical security duties. You should also be comfortable with working in a front of house role providing security presence welcoming staff and visitors.

Our ideal candidate will have awareness of the legislation and requirements across the Private Security Industry, Health and Safety for the Private Security Operative, Fire Safety, Technology and Systems in the Security environment and Emergency Procedures, however for the right candidate full training will be provided.
