Location – South Birmingham
Responsibilities - Control Systems Engineer
- Control systems design and development including PLC programming
- Leading system integration, test, and validation
- Preparing documentation for system operation & maintenance
- Extracting & interpreting customer requirements
- Work on projects from cradle to grave, from initial customer specification, through to commissioning.
- Experience in the design of controls systems for bespoke automated systems.
- Knowledge of component parts including motors, drives and encoders
- Extensive experience programming PLC’s, i.e Allen Bradley, Siemens.
- Experience with Robotics
- Ability to interpret customer specifications & designs
- Familiar with PUWER and CE Marking.
- Experience working on multiple projects at a time
