You will ideally have at least 2 years of residential conveyancing experience and be able to work independently under your own initiative, as well as part of the wider team.
You must be able to demonstrate current practical knowledge of the law relating to all aspects of residential property transactions including:
- Leasehold & Freehold
- Registered and Unregistered Properties
- Sale & Purchase
- Re-mortgage
- New build
- Right to buy
- Help to buy
- Shared ownership
- Lease extensions
- Deeds of variation
