Conveyancer

Salary: competitive, dependent on experience

Hours: full time

A fantastic opportunity to join a first class, highly regarded full service law firm in their Bingley office to work as a Residential Conveyancer (salary competitive, dependent on experience). You will be working as part of a supportive and friendly department handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing files including both freehold and leasehold. This will include:

• Day to day running of a manageable case load
• Progressing Sales and Purchase transactions from outset to completion
• Title Checking
• Client care

You will have at least 2 years+ case handling experience in a similar environment.
