As a 1st Line Support Technician, you will be responsible maintaining and supporting the continuously growing company's network and IT Infrastructure. Your role will encompass troubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software issues, assisting employees with IT-related problems, Windows and MAC support, and printer support.
If you were already in this 1st Line Support Technician role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:
- Serving as the first point of contact for IT support and responding to incidents and requests logged in the company Helpdesk System
- Prioritising incidents
- Monitoring and troubleshooting PC and server problems
- Supporting company Wi-Fi and wireless barcode scanners.
To apply for this 1st Line Support role, you will need at least 1 year of experience in a technical support role. You will also require some of the following:
- Microsoft 365 Administration, Microsoft Exchange Online and Microsoft Office applications
- Windows 10 and 11 endpoints
- Active Directory administration
- Excellent customer service.

Please note, you must be willing and able to drive to the office in Harlow full-time as there is a requirement to provide support during business hours and on occasions, weekends, bank holidays and out of hours on a rota basis.
