Are you an experienced IT Support Technician looking for a new opportunity ? Would you like to join an existing IT Department within an established manufacturing business ?

Role & Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the IT Manager, contributing to the IT departments mission by supporting 70+ users with the operation of our IT resources.

• Provide 1st line support for users to ensure they can continue with their daily tasks
• Respond to support requests
• Assist users with application operations
• Resolve 1st line support issues
• Connect with 3rd party service providers
• Assist the with 2nd line support issues

Skills

• Fault finding and problem solving
• Installation\administration of windows operating system and applications
• Proficient with operating Microsoft Office applications

Qualifications

•  Record of achievement An IT qualification to demonstrate skillset, minimum requirement: - - CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+) certification or equivalent

Experience

• Knowledge of computer, network components and their functions
• Administrative knowledge of Microsoft windows 10 client OS
• Experience of Microsoft office applications
