A longstanding, multi-service law firm based in Stockport is currently looking to expand its growing Post Completions team through the addition of a Conveyancing Administrator.
Within this role you will assist departments throughout the firm with land registry submissions and post completion requirements, ensuring that all transactions run smoothly.
You will be required to demonstrate experience within a similar role, as well as a keen interest and knowledge of the conveyancing process.
Duties include:
- Corresponding with the Land Registry by edrs, phone, post and email
- Liaising with other firms of solicitors, mortgage lenders and other third parties by phone and email
- Administrative duties including archiving, data entry, photocopying and filing
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries from the Land Registry
- Assist with all post-completion requirements
