An opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Administrator to join an SME in Woking Town Centre to provide a quality administration and accounts support service to the office.
What will the Conveyancing Administrator's responsiblities be?
- To prepare all forms and letters on the Conveyancing Management system, or generate your own letters.
- To take or make telephone calls, take instructions, update or deal with the queries where possible.
- To ensure that regular updates are given to all clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, brokers, underwriters and other work providers.
- To be able to work on system generated prompts, be able to prioritise work accordingly.
- To gain a good understanding of the conveyancing procedure and be able to deal with enquiries on a day-to-day basis.
- To manage files from exchange to completion, the online banking system, the inland revenue online submission system, Money Laundering Regs, CLC Accounts Rules, including generating the appropriate letters required and ensuring completion statements and requests for funds are submitted in a timely manner and all funds required for completion are obtained the day prior to completion at the latest.
- Liaise with prospective and existing clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, brokers, underwriters and other work providers.
What skills / experience does theConveyancing Administrator need?
- You have a background in conveyancing, understanding of CLC accounts and guidelines, with strong administration and accounts skills. Live locally or can commute to Woking.
Whats on offer for theConveyancing Administrator?
- In return the company is offering a base salary of £26,000, training, friendly environment and 35 hour week with 36 days annual holiday, parking permit or train allowance up to £1500.00pa. Salary plus annual bonus £1000-2000)
