A well-established law firm with offices throughout the West Midlands are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their Birmingham team on a permanent basis.
Key duties will include:
- Operating correspondence in the case management system.
- Arranging client title, mortgage, and search reports.
- Drawing up and responding to transaction inquiries.
- Working with third parties to resolve purchase and sale issues.
- Executing contract trades and file preparation.
The successful candidate will have:
- 1 year previous experience in conveyancing.
- Confident in file work and contract pack assessment without assistance.
- Able to assess and resolve sales enquiries.
- Attentive to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
- Confident and personable conversing with clients.
Salary expectation £20,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience.
