The Role:
-You will be working as a Conveyancing Assistant within a busy residential property department supporting a fee earner with a caseload from inception through to completion
-The role will be varied and will involve:
* Carrying out Land Registry searches
* Drafting sales contracts
* Liaising with clients
* Exchanging contracts
* Requesting redemption statements
* Handling completions
* Post Completion files
Requirements:
-Must have experience in assisting with sales and purchase files
-Be able to work well within a team
