The role:
The firm is seeking a diligent and compliance-focused Conveyancing Assistant to support our conveyancing and legal processes. This role is a great fit for either a junior candidate or someone returning to the workforce after a career break.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing basic conveyancing matters with a strong focus on compliance and regulatory requirements
- Handling incoming calls and providing reception support
- Assisting our solicitors with various tasks as needed
- Ensuring strict adherence to anti-money laundering protocols and maintaining high standards in file management
Who You Are:
- You possess basic knowledge and have a interest in conveyancing
- Be a compliance minded individual, interested in learning and developing experience in anti-money laundering and legal compliance matters
- Be open to training and eager to develop your skills in a supportive environment
