Conveyancing Legal Assistant | Milton Keynes
TSR Legal have an excellent opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join the Residential Conveyancing team of a friendly firm of property lawyers based in Milton Keynes.
In this role, you will need to be able to support the Head of Department/Partners by providing legal and administrative assistance to fee earners and clients.
The ideal candidate will be a self motivated individual, with good time management, willing to take responsibility for organising their own activities. The firm are on the lookout for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant, who has experience within administrative legal role.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assisting fee earners in managing their own caseload
- Attending to clients, conducting telephone and letter enquirires
- Open client files and update there records
- Client relationship management
- Administrative support, filing, scanning documents and deeds, faxing and photocopying
The Person:
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a conveyancing environment
- Proactive and supportive
- Excellent administration skills
