An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Assistant/paralegal to work with one of the most admired law firms in Yorkshire.
The role is based in its Grimsby office where you will work alongside fee earners and in a close team.
Key duties will include:
- Typing of correspondence, reports and other documents – some audio typing included
- Open and close files
- Arranging client appointments
- Progression of case management under supervision
- Updating third party portals such as the Land Registry
- Answering telephone calls promptly, taking messages and following up where necessary
- To use own initiative and be able to work as part of a team
