SalaryClearview Recruitment is delighted to be working with our client to find a Conveyancing Assistant to join their team in Bristol. This role is perfect for someone with previous experience in a conveyancing or paralegal role who is looking for a new challenge and opportunities for development and progression.
Core responsibilities will be supporting the office conveyancer with day to day tasks alongside handling enquires and supplying updates. You will have development and progression opportunities together with funded qualifications to enable you to reach licensed status.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support the office conveyancer with day-to-day tasks
- Handle enquiries and provide updates
- Complete Stamp Duty Land Tax forms and submit Land Registry applications
- Order required searches
- Draft and amend letters and legal documents
Review contracts and supporting documentation
- Process enquiries on sale transactions
- Liaise with other law firms and estate agents involved in the transaction
- Handle telephone enquiries, correspondence, and emails to provide updates and information

Package:
- Salary: Up to £23,000
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am- 5:30pm
- Holiday: 22 days plus Bank Holidays
