Form of workThis is an urgent requirement for a Conveyancing Assistant to join a Legal 100 Law firm in Bristol. The firm has a busy and growing Residential Property department and needs a Conveyancing Assistant to provide support to Fee-Earners. This role would suit someone with some experience in Property, with strong administrative skills who wants to get an entry step into a top Law firm.
Duties Include:
- Acting as first point of contact for enquiries and providing excellent customer service
- File opening and accompanying procedures, producing instruction letters & updating records
- Providing an efficient and effective support service to the Fee-Earners as required
- Ensuring all matters are compliant (both legally and for service level requirements)
